View Full Version : Viewport coordinates to camera?

Is there an easy way to plunk down a camera such that it will replicate the current view in a viewport? Position, rotation, field-of-view, and so forth; and/or get the current values of the viewport's "camera"?

I know you can switch to camera view and then move the camera around, but occasionally in perspective view I find myself with a really neat view that I'd like to be able to say "stick a camera here." (or perhaps a null or a light).
