Is there a way to control the size/thickness of lines of a 2d grid shader based on shading of the object ? I basically want to create a look that sort of mimics a halftone or hatch one would see on money. I remember seeing a tutorial about something related at one point but can't find it now. Any tips would be great.

hi ,

try getting that info from the camera's incidence angle and / or combine that with some basic diffuse shading info from the surface being shaded ..

In my node list i have in the 2D tab, the GRID 2D Node where i can adjust the mortar Width. It isnt that you need?
