It's awesome that FGP is getting so much press coverage. I love the shot of the LW UI.

Do you know how many kids are participating in the program?

I'll see if I can get numbers for that. I know that in week 2 of the launch that they have over 500k kids register for the free period. Not sure what the membership #s are but I'll try and find out.

Great stuff! I'm really interested in learning how well skeletal structures convert from Lightwave to the FGP platform. I've done modelling for some game engines, but I've never been able to do rigging in Lightwave, it typically has to be done in Blender; Which coincidentally is not an experience that I relish.

It's all pre-rendered Sprites for the world.

I always loved how seamless the Serious Sam engine was with LW. It read LW rigs and Weights flawlessly. It will be interesting to see if the new Croteam engine is the same.
