That was crazy but awesome! At 1:31 he was able to cut a hole straight through the sphere. Can't wait to try this out.

I guess so. =) Voxel like polygon stuff. I like how the color changes to show depth more clearly. Good ideas.

wow, as soon as he releases the tool, new geometry seems to appear? or am I just blindly in love with this app?

Yeah, it looks like he is making polygons immediately generate and conform based on the contours of voxel sculpting technology.

nice to see this or something like this in modeller now that newtek are all steam ahead on re writing the modelling toolset.

yeh, sure are...you've seen the new modelling tools on their development platform called 'core' this continues to be used by newtek internally for developing tools that make their way over to the internal re write for Lightwave.

no tools have been dropped or simply thrown away, it's just that they will appear in classic lightwave not in a 3rd app called "core" for our use.

Oh you mean, stuff they have in core but haven't put in Lightwave yet. Okay.
