Hello All.

I am getting the following error message when I try to package a scene:

"LINE1206, attempt to access undeclared tarsplit"

Any ideas what this is?

Cheers.

This is a shot in the dark (I've never seen that and use package scene regularly) but perhaps something in your scene isn't accessible anymore. I'm assuming "tarsplit" is maybe something in your scene??? Is it on a network? Perhaps maybe you've become disconnected from a network drive or path that tar split is located on? Also, perhaps the element is locked or the path to it is locked? Just some thoughts. Check your permissions on the object, image, whatever it is.

I'd be interested in knowing how this turns out for you! Good luck.
BTW, what version are you using?

If, by some chance, tarsplit is something in your scene, then I am even more stumped. Why would newtek use a variable called tarsplit.

I've had this error semi-regularly as well. I think I uncheck the "copy image sequences" box. Not 100% sure that's the solution though.

That was a good point about unchecking the image series, however it wasn't the image series that was causing the issue but the "Preserve Existing Structure" check box.

Switching this off has fixed my issue.

Thanks all.
