Hey guys. so I'm terrible at UV mapping in lightwave... its so confusing and Im really trying to get this right but it doesnt seem to work, and the damn image is always blurry, and sometimes the image doesnt even size the way I want it to, or position. are there any tutorials that I can actually understand for UV mapping using atlas map and screenshotting the map? thats what Ive been doing is screenshotting the map in my UV texture view, then putting it into PS. but it doesnt seem to ever want to size right. I see all these great UV mapped objects from other people and I cant even seem to map a damn box

Try this (http://lmgtfy.com/?q=uv+map+tutorial+site%3Anewtek.com) :D
There are many contributors to the subject like Steve Warner, William Vaughn, erikals, etc, so you just use that input to make a search for the videos they made.

My 2 cents on the issue
