View Full Version : Logitech and LW

I think someone from Newtek is also working for Logitech because after having used this keyboard and mouse for the past 6 months, it seems like it was made for all newtek products.

I'm talking about the G510 keyboard and G700 mouse.

The keyboard has 3 banks of 18 programmable keys and the mouse has another 13.
And tho I really LIKE the mouse, having Jabba the Hut fingers, it is sometimes hard NOT to push buttons :D

But the Keyboard is just a joy to work with.

No more spread fingers looking for keyboard shortcuts.

I have bank 1 set to modeler
Bank 2 is set to Layout
Bank 3 is set to common key shortcuts

That's in profile 1

I also have a profile for VT5

depending on what I am working in at the moment

Also the key lights give me a great hint asto what program I am in (forgetful), the monitor lets me see the CPU and ram usage without having to bring up any panel on the monitors.
And it turns OFF that dang windows key that I seem to press by accident regularly :hey:

I don't work for them but I do like to give tips on stuff that just works well with Newtek products.

In case anyone is interested or looking to upgrade their equipment.

For LW work I give this a 9 out of 10

Took 1 off because the CPU is for 1 or shows only 1 (as a whole) where I would rather have 1 for each CPU (quadcore)
