Hi,

I just discovered a neat little poly selection trick, completely by accident.

A lot of you may know this already but it was new to me, so I thought it was worth posting.

When you hold shift you can select multiple polys by moving your mouse over the geometry. The problem with this is if you let go of the mouse, you have to press and hold shift again to continue selecting.

If you use the mouse wheel to select polys you don't need to use shift, just click as before or click and hold to select multiple polys. Multiple clicks add to the selection without the need of shift.

Hope some of you find this useful.

Cheers.

use it all the time, to hell with shift ^^ works in layout too (not multiple i think, just it selects some cluttered items easier)

Cheers

Holly sh.. you guys didn't know about MMB add to selection function ? Isn't that written somewhere in manuals also ? I'm using i hmm at least 6-7 years, maybe even when i got proper Scroll wheel mouse :D.

Maybe i should write LWmodeler 1000 tips & Tricks book then :D.
