Lightwave 10 has Anaglyph Stereoscopic preview that is a great option. I am seeing this video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GTJzugYYKuk&feature=fvwrel) with home made 3d glasses with right eye blue and left eye red but i can't see any difference with or without glasses i am seeing it on simple compaq monitor. How i can see this 3d video correctly what i am missing.

When you say "home made" what exactly are you using?

Get real, you need coloured felt tip pens to make anaglyph glasses like a fish needs a pogo stick.
It's not rocket science, but they do have to filter the colours accurately, so one eye sees only the red & the other the cyan.
You can get them off kids comics, or mail order.
You even get a pair free in the box with LW 10, so where did your software come from exactly?
