View Full Version : Curve constraint issue...is there an alternative?

I'm making a roller coaster loop and want my car to follow a spine curve to create the animation. The problem I'm having is that when the car reaches the top of the loop, it flips as it travels around upper part, making it drive on the outside of the track.

Just wondered if there is an alternative to curve constraint so my car can travel on the inside of the loop, without flipping?

I would love to know this too as I had similar problems on a project recently. The item (an arrow flying around a race track) needed to have several frames lead in and out...I ended up with several, animated and static, dissolving in and out but it still didn't really work.
