Speed Modeling Challenge #120 My personal LightWave dongle

1. Every week there will be a subject for you to model along with a time limit. You should spend no longer than the allocated time, then post a render of your model. As in most challenges like this, your honesty on modeling times is essential. How you interpret the brief is up to you as long as the final model conforms to what is asked for.
2. Post a wireframe and a render at 800x600 or larger.
3. LightWave should be used for modeling. 3rd party Plug ins are allowed.
4. You can enter as many times as you like, posting each in this thread. If you run over the time, the model can still be posted but won't be subject to the judging.
5. Time spent on texturing, setting up a scene for a render and rendering is not included in the allocated period.

This weeks topic is: My personal LightWave dongle.

Little industrial design modeling, or maybe not. :D
Unleash your imagination, make your own LightWave dongle. Could be USB dongle whatever form/look/color/material, you can put your image, your avatar image or your signature etc. as long is there LightWave headline or LightWave logo. Yeah, like title says, put your personal touch to it! Maybe we can help NewTek and give them a part of community creativity.

Have personal fun!!! :hey:

Time Limit - 60 minutes.
Deadline - Wednesday 18th may 2011. 2200 GMT.

This is one I hand crafted for my 9.6 dongle. It's based on Blade's sword so fans of the film will know what happens if anyone unplugs it by mistake

Modelling took 10 minutes (logo and usb are from previous challenges.)

Been missing out I see :)
Got some time left over, would it be possible for the last weeks winner to already setup the new challenge ?

Thanks! It was tough beating off all that competition but somehow I did it:D

Hopefully interest will pick up next time-there is always a dip after a busy few weeks.
