View Full Version : Weird shader effect reveals mesh tessalation

I have this model that I placed a skin shader on via nodes. All presets, just adjusted the color, output was material, input material on surface.

I was doing some renders with radiosity. On the surface of my model, I was able to see the mesh density through the "skin" of my model. You can see faint lines that make up the mesh.

I switched to a basic surface with no nodes, and the effect is gone.

Has anyone had any issues with the skin shader that causes this effect?
