Can someone check this simple scene with boxes?
Boxes intersecting after collide. In softimage this is really simple task. It's nightmare in LW...

I jiggled the cubes a little (a lot more than needed perhaps) and they stack nicely. It may be that the points were too coincident for a collision. Try also subpatching your mesh since that gives more geometry to play with.

Thanks :)
But... it not work for me... cubes intersecting now even more... what LW you have?

I check boxes with self interaction set to sphere, works much better but this must be box... maybe this is error in LW
Even with self interaction as spheres i see some jumpings without any reason.

Here you go. I just offset every other box by a tiny amount so they didn't land on each other quite so perfectly, and increased the resistance to 1. I also set resolution to 10cm and turned on Stop by stabilizer to halt the boxes. If you want to crash something into them, turn on Restart by collision in the Collision tab. <edit> This works for me in 10.

More to the point, what version are you using? Can't fix it for your version if we don't know what version you're using :)

Thanks, now hardfx work :) i will try adopt this to my destination scene.
I have LW10 x64 last available version

I did some test but probably i will bake simulation in softimage and import MDD to LW:) too hard task for LW dynamics

Oops sorry, in my rush I hadn't saved the slightly offset object.

Tips with offset is nice but in final scene i have hundred boxes. Faster and easier is bake simulation :)

Thanks for help :)

And This is what i want, baked in SI:

Why not use start by collision then? Then you don't get any movement until something starts to break through.

Too many errors in colisions and calculations are slow, in old SI this take few seconds.

LW is still not good on collisions/dynamics, still waiting for CORE bullets.
Hopefully Bounce! will be available soon!
