Yes.

Check out the LScript source to PassPort, I used it there.

Also, wondering why those top three gadgets are not reflecting the new UI. Very odd.

Im in win7 and those top gadgets are doing the same thing. Havent noticed it in any other plugin though

I haven't looked at passport code so I don't know how it is done there, but you can embed graphics in LScript, you just need a tool that converts .tga into bunch of bytes in text format . The tool used to be available on some site, maybe still is.
Or you can include the .tga with the .ls and point the path to it in the code.

And those odd gadgets.. I have no idea... really... :)
