I have to admit it was absolutely enjoyable it's sorta nice when you don't take things so seriously all the time.

Sort of reminds me of the old Boring 3D website (http://www.boring3d.com/daily_archive.htm)

Hello, WilliamVaughan. I think your reel is nice, but you could polish it a bit.

Itīs a bit on the long side, and although your lens flare effects are nice I think you overused them a bit. I would just leave the flare at the beginning and the one at the end....on second sight...what the heck, leave all the flares there, they are very cool, and Iīm sure the render times for them were really high, although that also depends a lot on the brand of your computer. Anything from Apple will probably be faster. Iīve heard they used those in all LOTR movies as well as Avatar and Ben-hurīs chariot race.

The music is very nice, but the reel needs a bit more of trash metal there to spice up things and generally rock the people watching it. If they donīt like metal, then those pussies donīt deserve working with you anyway. You could mix different songs every 20 seconds or so and leave something like "Duel of the fates" for the final part. That always works.

Also, you forgot to properly add your contact info at the end. You could also add all those logos in stereoscopic format for a nice "tech" touch.

Hope this helps.

Hello, WilliamVaughan. I think your reel is nice, but...

It's obvious you're not particularly familiar with William Vaughan, his works, and more importantly, his tutorials (here (http://www.newtek.com/forums/showthread.php?t=77002)). It should have been obvious to you from the vimeo page that the reel was actually by someone else!

yeah I posted that video on my last post, but then took it back... I'm really not into mocking laughs, so i changed the post, even though I had some good giggles with the video, with so many inconsistencies and absurdities, but well that guy means it and seems wrong to laugh in group at someone that it's trying, even if the results are prone to it.

Or... he just making fun of it all. Hard to understand these sarcastic days...

I'm not really a fan of making fun of people either but, I have to think that that video was a joke. I really hope it is.

Man, I was floored by the modeling skills, but DID YOU SEE THE TEXTURE WORK!?!? AMAZING STUFF!!!You are all too easily impressed by cheap gitzy eye candy. Despite the high end production values, I found it derivative, arguably little more than plagiarism.
