View Full Version : Bad communication with RMA

I'm really getting frustrated with the lack of communication with an RMA I sent in on January 14th. Outside of getting an email on the 14th that said they got it. I have received no communication from whoever is fixing it. I have sent an email to tech support, no response. I have called twice and told it was being fixed and should ship this past Tuesday. Then I called on Wednesday, since I wasn't notified that it had shipped, and was again told that they are waiting on parts. Tech Support also told me that I would be emailed within an hour of the details. Never happened. I have my VM in for the RMA and have been missing it for two weeks out of my high school broadcasting class. Does anyone have a name I could talk to and get some answers? Really not happy with this major lack of communication.

I finally got some answers from tech support. Feeling much better about the whole situation.
