I need some advice from you experts out there. I just mounted a camera with pan/tilt on the front of a balcony. It works great except when someone is walking or otherwise moving on the balcony...the vibrations are transferred directly to the camera. Does anybody have any suggestions (moving it is not an option unfortunately for a variety of reasons). Surely someone makes something for this?

Canon makes several lenses with optical stabilization. Go to usa.canon.com. Another company manufactured a lens called the "gyro zoom". Don't know if they are still in business. The above lenses can be fitted on portable broadcast cameras. They are also for rent from several companies.

phareous,

You can always fix the Camera shake in Post [like a compositing program such as DFX+]

tfrank,

You would not happen to be working with Dell Technical Support up in TF?
