Finally a comercial shooter with mechanics and enviorments that make sense, while not being 100% realistic. Pitty that is in a WW2 timeline, but looks amazing.

Yeah, that's a pity on the time line. I grew tired of WWII games after the Medal of honor series. But it certainly looks like it has a lot of potential. The weapon mechanics could make or break the game. Bad company tried some different things and it worked for some and not for others.

I like WWII games. It's been overdone, yeah, and there are several not-so-good WWII games out there, but like anything else, if they do it well, it's good.
I prefer WWII shooters over futuristic armor-clad, laser shooting, flying, alien-fighting super soldiers anyway. ;)

It looks clunky in some parts and visually it will be far from Crysis or Cod, but the mechanics... the common sense going one there... brilliant.
Certainly it will appeal more to the realistic combat/shooter games, just like Americas Army, Operation Flashpoint, Arma, Battlefield 2 PRmod, etc...
I think it won't have a campaign, just bots if you want, like most of these games do. No heroes in a movie, the fun is facing other ppl.

It will take up to 64 players per server and the maps will adapt to the set number.

I just hope they have a round based mode cause respawn can become very stupid. Dead is dead.

Take that console ports!... Definitely NOT for casuals players or nerd rambos! (*demo presenter dies two times in a row fast* "...i am using god mode to stay alive.")

*Drooling*
