Hi.. This is a little tip..

Say you and a friend are working together on a project. You want to send him/her some video and music clips and write a text to explain your ideas..
For this you can use OSX text editor and put text, video, audio and pictures in the document and send it..
Not the most useful thing in the world but it's pretty cool, don't you think? :)

So, have I got this right?... you drag and drop a Quicktime movie into the OS X TextEdit application, and then save the whole lot as an RTF document? Cool. I hadn't thought of doing that before.

I sometimes do it the opposite way. I have a Quicktime movie, and then drag some text from TextEdit and drop it into the Quicktime. You can select how big you want the text to be, or whether you want it to be over the video, or underneath it. You can also add timecode numbers to control (to the frame) when the text appears.
