Is there any alternative to this plugin? I use 64bit LW, and need this plugin
for terrain modeling...

I use Layout 64bit, but i'm forced to use 32bit modeler because some crucial tools are missing, like this one.
We could make a list of must-have missing plugins for modeler 64, these are my ones:

- KO_pointfit
- Path Editor, Path Divider
- Sherpa
- Aligher and Absolute Size (realtime versions)
- Move Points on BG (this could partially replace KOpointfit)
- Set Value RT
- UME_C_Bend (pictrix)
- Clonez 2 - incredibly there's still NO complete cloning tool, which does everything a clone tool should do. We have to rely on several clone tool to have a complete toolset.
- Edge Relax
- Face it (advanced normal-based selection tool)
- Other

why just for Modeler? I need a 64 bit Shift Spline Transform ;D

Wow I really liked your site. You achieved very nice pictures without a lot of geometry. For someone like me who doesn't know how to do that seeing your wire models was very instructive.

It's working in Modeler 64 bit. Very optimized and efficient interactive modeling tool. It's projecting hundred or maybe even thousands points which are found in blue circle to background layer geometry in real-time, not just points to points, but treats bg layer as continuous and solid model. f.e. if in bg there would be just one big polygon, projected points will be landing on this single polygon, not just snapped to existing bg vertexes.

If blue circle below mouse pointer is moved, projected points are slided on bg layer geometry.

Direction in which points are projected depends on viewport rotation.

I like the idea of intercepting UV map and weights from background layer, by "pushed" points.
