There used to be a PDb database import plugin for LW, is that what you need or a fully grown Molecule modeler.

Hi!

What is this PDb database? A library of moleculas? I'm gonna pay uncle Google a visit. :)

Its a protein database, the plugin and info are at chrome cow, its a little old but depends on your version of LW.

The PDB-reader is alright but I prefer importing the PDB files into pyMol first and export to OBJ from there. Gives me a few more options.

Yeah that's another option, the PDb plugin is a bit old now and may not work on current versions of LW with the change of SDK.

Depends what format you need it in as well, google sketchup is also a good and cheap idea and lots of free models as well
