Back when LW9 was in beta, someone made a guide that explained the new AA and AS settings. I was going to send it to a collegue of mine, but I can't find it anymore. I remember the thread was made Sticky so it was always at the top of the beta forum, but those have been closed.

you'll see at the bottom of the page it says "Recommended Settings"
i often use close to the same values.

my values are often,
AA 3
AS 0.03

but it really depends on the scene

I often find it faster to just render with high base AA and no AS at all, but it really does depend on the scene.

rendering in 200% with no AA for then to scale down is also often a good trick.
(e.g. when having sharp dark thin lines in the scene, like for example interiors with modern furniture)
