I have set up LightWave team (http://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/team_display.php?teamid=10082) on [email protected] project and dragged it to 23th position on the top 100 team list (http://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/top_teams.php?sort_by=expavg_credit&offset=20). I am wondering if someone would like to join the team and use free cycles of his Mac/PC to help in research to find cures to some of nastiest disuses. I think this work make much more sense that looking for little green people or standardising galaxies. :) Why? If you are intrested please read this short introduction to the project written by Professor David Baker (http://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/rah_welcome.php)

They uploaded short YT video that is explaining the project:
YT high quality (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GzATbET3g54)
YT low quality with subtitles (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vMDf0zmveZg)

I think if you are not using your computer all the time and can afford paying a bit more for electricity you might consider help finding cures for people in need, just by doing almost nothing. How cool is that?
