hi

is there a plug in that converts your normal mapping (planar, cylindrical, spherical, cubic) into uv?

I'm not sure I understand your question. All those options (planar, cylindrical, spherical, cubic) are available as UV mapping options.

Are you talking about surface baking?

hi, i dont use uv mapping very much because of rush work. i wanted to export my model to "obj" file for my colleague to work on max but the problem is some texture that are not in UV are missing. i wanted to maintain my mapping (cubic or planar) and just use a "convertion plugin" to convert to uv mapping.

thanks for your reply
