View Full Version : TCXD300 Replacement Keyboard

Having mounted our TCXD300 Tricaster into a 16U floating road case along with our other production equipment we have a problem with space to operate the mouse. The LC-11 and the Keyboard take up the full 19 sliding tray and in some venues we will not have desk space so we will have to operate from the rack. I was thinking about using a USB keyboard that has a track ball built into it for this situation.

Has anyone had any experience with this any suggestions would be appreciated.

Many Thanks

You'd probably get on better with one with a trackpad (like a laptop keyboard) like - http://www.amazon.co.uk/IBM-USB-Keyboard-UltraNav-TrackPoint/dp/B0002AG0MK

Search for "rack KVM keyboard" you can even get some that have monitors attached too.
