View Full Version : Look at it this way, NewTek is not Apple

I did not buy the Core membership, but reading posts and releases from NewTek shows that they can admit a miss step. I cannot specifically identify any example now, yet I would say they are more interested in what we want out of their products than Apple is about their customers. I realize the two companies have little in common, other than both having a dedicated user base.

While Core may (or may not) be behind schedule, I don't think NewTek will release a product that can't do it's primary function.

I am referring to the customer being more important than the company's idea of what we should want. And besides, I am comparing apples and software. At least Lightwave does not require the purchase of an accessory to make it work!

Don't really know why I posted this, other than it's a Sunday afternoon...

A computer of some description might help though... :D

Yes, specs for the ideal machine for running Lightwave would be nice. It is kind of trial and error when choosing components for the "perfect" Lightwave platform.

I should correct myself, I am comparing apples to kittens...
