How can I edit vertices on UV map using symmetry??

I try to use symmetry on UV viewport, But LW don't make a correct symmetry of UV vertices.
If this is another LW bug. How can I make a mirror of my half face of UV?

How do you guys work with this?

thanks

excuse my english.

Hi. Just delete half the model, assign UV's the way you want, and then mirror the model. Now the opposite side has got mirrored UV's, and if you edit the mesh in UV view the changes will be on both sides.

thank you pixelranger.
But when I mirrored my model, the UV map don't mirrored juntos. How can I mirror my UV to get a fine symmetry?

thanks again

Valter :: before you mirror the geometry, select it. Then invert selection , leaving you with the new geometry (also in the UV window). Got the command UVflip (or FlipUV and flip on U).
slide geometry to the side in the UV window and - done!

A neat trick, slide all the geometry so that the center is on the left edge of the UV window. With symmetry mode turned on, you can edit your UV map symmetrically!

Sorry for bumping this after such a long time, but man, dobermunk, that's a nice trick!!! :)

:-)
Glas it helps! Would be cool to be able to set the symmetry for uv fields to.5 though...
