View Full Version : Renaming UV Map

I've been working on a bunch of mechanical assemblies for a client which require all UV mapped textures (similar to gaming objects, lopoly and UV). If I've set a UV map for an object, the object is completed, but I made an error in misnaming the UV map (texture), is there a way to rename it without clearing it, making a new map with the correct name, and starting from scratch?

Rename (Vertex) Map, maybe? UVMaps are vertex map after all.

You can also bring up the Vertex Map panel and use the rightclick menu to rename.
