Here are some trailers for A movie i'm making in Lightwave and Various other studios. I've done a teaser and two trailers, the full thing is almost complete, clocking in at around 13 minutes.

Teaser 1 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OsTiDJJBgIg)
Trailer 1 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8riuk8Sq9hU)
Trailer 2 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jfR9YksGSFE)

What do you think?

trailer 2 is the better of the three trailers.

audio mix needs some attention as the voices were lost in the mix...the music may need ducking somewhat at those points.

titles look better in this trailer, explosions look okay,
helicopter tail rotor looked too slow
the sea was too glass like and could have a haze applied with some small amount of low fog in lw.

lighting/surfacing is looking too basic in some scenes but this maybe just your animatics in the trailer and not the fianl render with shadows, ambient occlusion etc. as some shots seem to have no antialising.

character animation is not great...if your having a hard time with that then fight the battles you can win and use all the tricks in the book like camera angles not showing the feet for example.

keep up the work and fine tune each scene.
cameras need to be less floaty in character scenes
lighting seems too basic currently
characters need more detail in their structure and improved static poses

as a first full on video with a story you've taken on a big challenge, i trhink you'll learn lots from doing this project so stick with it and try and tweek each scene as you move through it.

Thanks :) I kind of suck texture/surfacing/lighting-wise, though. Its something ive defiantly gotta improve on, as well as character animation. And this is all rendered on a laptop, so the rendering quality ain't that great either.
