View Full Version : Importing NanoFlash Files to the TCXD300

I use Sony EX3 cameraís coupled to Nanoflash recorders for high quality live event recording and would like to ingest Nanoflash 100 Mbps I-Frame Long Gop files into the TCXD300 HD and SE for playback and editing.
I have been able to import and playback Nanoflash files in the Tricasterís SE editor which was a very quick import but the audio is corrupted. I believe the problem is it is that NanoFlash records the audio as uncompressed 24-bit audio and the Tricaster requires compressed audio. Using NewTek Speed HQ I exported the file for playback in the DDR and the visual quality is amazing. This is great combination with very high quality results.

Has anyone had any experience with using Nanoflash files on the TriCaster TCXD300 or is there a utility that can convert these files very quickly for live event work. I have been able to determine that itís the audio only that needs treatment?
Many thanks
