Hi Everyone,

I'm pretty excited with being a part of the tricaster community. I have a question about streaming. I only got the standard tricaster because its more than I will ever need, well for the next while anyways, and I was wondering what options I have for streaming. I tried pulling and all my computers on the network were able to see the stream but what's my best option for outside the network? I looked into Ustream but it seams to be flash based.

thanks in advance,
robbie

A lot (if not most) of the mainstream live streaming services are now using Flash.

If you're trying to avoid Flash because of the TriCaster model you have, I assume you want to stick with Windows Media. We've used StreamGuys (http://www.streamguys.com/streamingservices/livestreaming.html) in the past for Windows Media Encoding. We haven't used Windows Media or StreamGuys recently so I'm not sure about pricing, but their reliabity was good.
