Not quite certain that qualifies as a finished work, 1080p, but hey, it's a start. Keep LightWavin'.

Method used:

Lightwave Modeler -> Lightwave Layout -> Okino Polytrans (convert to .3ds)-> Blender -> Indigo Renderer

render time = 2 hours 30 mins

" meh "I would have kept it in LW for the Render , the default render engine in LW beats most apps hands down .

youv'e lost your sub D's /smoothing in the second image ,also where is the usb port connection ? and a glass USB stick would be dangerous :D .

keep bashing away !

*Chuckle that just made my day *

damn I wish i had f-prime !

dude do not take this as a bashing or put down , but I would start from scratch , delete the scene file and begin all over again .

forget about f-prime render / blender , and get to grips with modeling first , then work on lighting / texturing and rendering .
