View Full Version : IK bias - tweaking skelegons in Layout?

Hey LWers,

I made skelegons for my character, but when I setup IK for the legs and bend it, the leg buckles the wrong way. Ive had some issues with this in the past, but not this intense.

I figured I could just turn off all the bones and move the upper/lower leg pivot closer to the knee cap to give more bias. When I turn the bones back on, the upper and lower leg bones are no longer connected and produce the unchanged results.

Does anyone know how I can correct this problem in Layout without going back into modeler and redoing my skelegons? (I have everything else rigged and working properly)

Have you rested the bones, and went into the motion options to set controls and limits?
