thank you. I will try this. I purchased lightwave last month. I have been playing with core some here and there.

Question: Am I waisting my time with learning lightwave 9.6. Or sould I wait for the training for core? Like I said I am VERY new to 3d animation and look forward to a great hobby.

Is Core the new modeler? Or should I continue to learn my 9.6?

Any and all info would be GREAT on the subject.
Thank you

install quicktime properly, quicktime is good at controlling the shuffle slider for rewinding back and forth in certain areas you need to see and hear again in tutorials.

vlc media player is free and plays most quicktime and avi files too.

cageman has a lot of nice free tutorials aswell, and matt gorner.
do a search for them and tutorials.

and theres youtube of course.

I believe you should start training right now, no need to wait for core.
