I created a mesh for a landscape and I've mirrored it, but I'm having trouble figuring out how to join the two meshes together. Even if I could join the edges, there is a small portion where I need to connect some points to avoid a hole.

TIA,
Gregg

When you mirror something, if at all possible make sure all of the points on the center axis are all the same value (like Z=0 if you are mirroring from the front view and going left to right) Then use the numeric panel ("n") to enter 0 as the center point. If you have done both of these things then newly generated/mirrored points will overlap the originals. From there you use the "Merge" tool ("m") and the two halves will be one.

Aside from that....point by point use the Weld tool ("w")

Good Luck

I been poking around that weld tool all day and I finally got it. I wasn't sure that was even going to do what I wanted, but you confirmed that. I just downloaded the trial version yesterday and its already giving me a headache, but I'd really love to be able to do this stuff. I hope you guys don't find me a pest.

Thanks,
Gregg

You can also select points and hit the p key to make a polygon.
You can also select edges and connect them using the bridge tool.
IOW lots of ways :)
