First the Newtek name and font then the Geiko geckoo only blue and poorly done. Not smart business in my book.

I think they need to contact NT to get a LW seat to create some decent graphics!

I noticed the "Newtek" name had a trademark symbol on it. Wonder if it really is. If so... how could NT go this long without trademarking their own company name? lol

As far as company names, logos, and brands, I'm afraid it is. I've been down that road three times so far. As far as the trademark system is concerned "Newtek", "NewTek", "NEWTek", "nEwTeK", etc.. are identical.

I think the criteria is, 'could Newtek reasonably be confused with, or mistaken for NewTek by a consumer/customer'

TESS shows they have trademarked several combinations of names with Newtek in them.

Combine that with the Gekko critter and I'd reckon they WANT to be contested. (Either that or it was done by the laziest designer on earth.)
Just think of all the free publicity!

Actually, at that age, I had brown hair with a single ginger spot on the top of my head about an inch across...by my teens it had spread and merged into a 'tabby' mixture of brown, blonde and ginger...now, at 33, I'm light brown with the odd ginger hair in my beard :D

I stopped smoking the pipe by 8 though, it was stunting my growth
