Funny perspective in the end taking into account there is not much to see to the right, but the camera shake ,the illumination, and the leather texturing as well the instrument texturing are neat.

It was meant to be focussing on the needle tip, but I can see how it might look off-centre.

nice and clean model...easy .... looks good . I see what your saying about the off-center , can you not use AE and 3D the clip and shake it up ... OUI ?

Yes, I'm aware of that, and am thinking of what I might be able to 'give away', although I never ask for anything anyway, so it wouldn't be different than usual!

Could work, but I prefer the simplicity, besides, this was a freebie for someone, and is 'done' now!
