View Full Version : Perspective Posing

Does anyone know of a way of posing
in layout in perspective mode (on a Mac)so that it does not
shoot about all over the place?
Posing in flat views is fine, its just very very difficult
in perspective view.

I should add that it.s only when moving an object,
not when rotating

What is shooting all over the place?

You using a tablet?

thanks for reply Spline God-shooting all over the place is object not controllable, moving off screen,
or, say I'm posing a leg with IK, the leg just twists out and will not go where you want it to..
No UnCommonGrafx I', not using a tablet, just a mouse.

How are you setting up your rig?

Rig is set up with IK on legs, with a goal for each foot. Just a simple IK chain,
thigh, leg, ankle bone IK stops at ankle, and a reverse foot rig.
The effect of uncontrollability in perspective mode seems to happen though
however I set it up. Is there a way of controlling the pointers by use of the keyboard
in small increments? that would be great.

Thanks again for your interest SplineGod
