I simply had to post this one that Jennifer Hachigian found! Sad thing is, I think this one was meant to be serious!

Sad thing is, I think this one was meant to be serious!
That's mystifying! I think it's the result of a... ahem... collection of other bits of work based around the core of polar bear work. The planet blowing up, for instance, stuck out like a sore thumb compared to, say, the moon blowing up.

But whatever you think about it, the amount of work that went into the video is non-trivial. And yet the hockey stick is about 6" thick, when the simplest of modeling tricks would have fixed that...

Mind blowing.

If you haven't before, read the description for Colin's Bear Animation. It's not really meant to be serious.

It doesn't matter. As far as I'm concerned, it's a work of genius.

Sigh. You don't mess with a classic like that. Or like Maul on speed and Ice. (http://www.jackals-forge.com/abominate/abom16.html)

Well, i guess this proves Al-Qaeda terrorists infiltrated the Alasca's hockey team and are planing to destroy the world.
So, the US should send troops there... And there's a lot of oil and all, so why not?
Oh, right... wait, you already bought the thing years ago... :foreheads

Much, much better overall concerning image quality, although the bear actions(destroying the whole thing? huh? They watch too much animes) and shape could de better. I guess it's harder to animate a fat bear.

Cheers

EDIT:
Sigh. You don't mess with a classic like that. Or like Maul on speed and Ice. (http://www.jackals-forge.com/abominate/abom16.html)" "thats not bad animation, he is using the force"........ from vegan. "

Indeed funny.

I guess i won't post my webstie with my reel in this forum when i'm done with it. You guys going to roll over me :D

Oh, Shrox, you must review the whole Gallerie Abominate (http://www.jackals-forge.com/abom.html), particularly the comments.

It's quite old, but amazingly funny.

My favorite, "These are not the Ambient Lights you were looking for. Move along, ..Move along." (http://www.jackals-forge.com/abominate/abom8.html)

Yeah, it's pretty harsh. The content is worth it, but there must be a collection of badly designed websites that this one belongs to.

I'm not sure why one of the characters is an anime girl who can drift a transmorphing steam roller.

Tough to classify that one.
