Hello to all. I have a simple question (if there ever is such a thing)!
How can I make the shadows behind the bottles in the attached softer?

Dome Lights would help with soft shadows :D

I think Proton made a video on it.

I also like DP's Infinite Light; this gives you soft raytraced shadows with several controls for the shadow appearance, and it even works with FPrime and HD Instance. It's part of the DP Light Kit and it's free.

Switching the lights to the 'area' type would be simplest. Dome lights will give you very broad, faint to completely non-directional shadows.
