Hello, just a simple question. Here is a quote from the PDF Manual:

"If you look in your LW9.cfg file you see that near the top
there are several lines that look like this:
ResolutionPreset 1920 1080 1 0 0 1920 1080 HDTV (1920 x 1080)"

Does anyone know where to find the .cfg file on a Mac to make changes to the camera resolution? I have searched my Hard Drive and tried to find instructions in all the LW Help info. Still can't find the file !!

it's not called LW9.cfg on the Mac... it's called "Layout 9"...

It can be in a few different places on the Mac.

- in a Preferences folder inside your LightWave folder
- in your user's ~/Library/Preferences/LightWave3D folder
- (and maybe, though haven't tried) in a top level /Library/Preferences/LightWave3D folder

It's also different between the older CFM and newer UB Mac versions. The above are for the UB Mac versions.

Hope it helps!
