With almost 70,000 views, 1000 comments and a mysterious new website with puzzles and clues a new Amiga computer announcement is imminent from Hyperion Entertainment Group.

X1000 heh, dual core Power cpu, parallel processing possibilities, ... seems nice.

Why not use DDR3/5 ram instead, the latest I7 (or I9) chip, SATA-3, USB 3, ... Ability to run Windows 7, MacOS, ... Then the new Amiga would really be high end, impressive and maintainable for the future.

I'm afraid this will cost too much money for what you get. I hope time will tell me I'm wrong though.
