Correction:Is there a way that the black Boxes are interact with the sphere.Like masking.

What are you trying to accomplish? What do you mean by that the boxes and circle are transparent? If you just have two boxes and a ball that are all transparent then you wouldn't have anything rendering in the scene.

You could do the cut away in a comp program with an animated mask.

What nickdigital said. What do you mean. Do you want to animate the boxes so they pass through the ball, and as they are doing that they modify the shape of the ball so it looks like they are erasing or cutting into the ball? It would likely help alot of you would fashion a before, inbetween and after shot. Just sketch them in photoshop or whatever. Visuals ARE best described by visuals.

Also, "Help me" or "Need help" is not a good thread title. In most threads people are looking for help. Describe what you need help with instead.

Boxes are on left and right side.Ball in middle.I mean when the camera are on the left or right side, i can see through the boxes. But also see the half of the sphere.I mean is there a way to blind out the half of the sphere or make it invinsible. When the camera are in middle position, i will see the complete sphere.I have testet a clipmap but then i cant see the complete sphere in the middle. Its only for the camera postion and animation when the camera move to the left or right side. This is more for a test.

So you want the boxes to be transparent so you can see through one box to the other but the boxes should mask out the part of the ball that's hidden.

Off the top of my head I don't think you can use an object to work as a matte against another object. You could do this in a comp program easily. You would need to render out passes for your boxes and ball though. In AfterEffects you would use the box layer as a track matte for your ball layer.

Yes thats i mean.Is there a way to make it with Node + Incidence Angle.

I haven't played with the nodes enough to know if you can do this with nodes. Is there any reason why you need to do this all in camera? Doing this in comp will definitely work.
