I know this has been mention in 3rd party forum but i think this is so important that it deservs to be on SPOT in lw community part of forum
Since Fprime days i was not that much excited of single plugin than i am today.
I want to congratulate Gregorz for amazing and powerfull render solution for Lightwave and all hard work betatesters that helped on shaping up what KRAY is today.
Ah and yes this is one of those plugins on must have list if you own lightwave and target for serious quality for clients.

here more details on KRAY

and 2.0 overview

a quick line about it:
"Kray is a state of the art Global Illumination renderer that allows very fast and accurate rendering of scenes where indirect light plays important role. It includes advanced modern algorithms and optimizations that allow it to render full global illumination, reflections, refractions and caustics very fast even on standard computers.

It is currently available as a LightWave3D plugin and as a standalone application. It integrates tightly into LightWave3D and supports most of LightWave3D features and it's being constantly updated with new ones. However, Kray is not limited to LightWave3D architecture and provides you powerful features which are not available in LightWave3D like powerful tone mapping, instancing and linear workflow.
It is also very easy to port Kray render engine to any software via Kray SDK and KrayScript."

i hope since sdk is there kray will be easy ported on upcoming CORE 1.0 release.
