OMG... it's quite scary to be honest... very, very lifelike... Several of those with clothes etc (tourists, cleaning lady etc) looks 100% real...

You know, I getting over all the realism..in CG, in art etc.

This is more my kinda stuff, I love those monsters and the human characters are freaky and a bit scary :hey:

They're not CGI. But I think they are interesting reference for CGI artists doing photorealism. I still see that most CG faces have waxy, artificial looking skin.

Most of the plastic artworks from the 20's and 30's are deteriorating. It would be a shame if these works, being so close to realism as a goal of art, would be lost in the same way.
