As you probably know it is available to download the UDK.

It seems like it is not easy the life for lightwavers who wants to export mesh and animation to UDK.

There are old plugin that converts mesh and animations i found over the internet, but it seems not to working well to me, but maybe it is just my fault.

Do you have fresh information about plugin/workaround/tutorials to succesfully import mesh and animation from lightwave 9.x to UDK?

thank you

Collada works as static meshes. Import Collada animation from Layout makes UDK crash.

I am trying to imagine a workflow for a good implementation of lightwave's stuff into udk, but it seems that all the ways are dead end.

it is a shame to exclude lightwavers from the party.

I did have some success with collada animations, it might be some problem with your mesh. I'll have a look into it tomorrow if i have a chance.

thank you. My mesh was a very basic boxed human. Something like one hundred faces, just to give it a try.

If you have any suggestion about this thing to work, that will be appreciated, thank you.
