Here is a character animation exercise I recently did and rendered out in Kray. The animation was done in Maya with the set, props, textures, pin dynamics, etc. done all in LightWave. (click image below to view)

Looks good; the only thing I would tweak would be the camera motion. It ends to abruptly for my taste.

Sorry but I do not see any video…Does the QuickTime 'Q' logo pull up? Because I just tested it and it's working on this end.

Very nice animation! Looks really well. Maybe you can exaggerate the happiness a bit more. No it look like it's blending poses a little, but hey ... It's looking GOOD! :)

Thanks 3DGFXStudios. Someone on another forum mentioned something similar to your "exaggerating the happiness" at the end, so thanks.

I do not see any link for a quickTime movie… only a jpeg one.

I do not see any link for a quickTime movie… only a jpeg one.My only guess then would be that you don't have a more recent QuickTime version. Or your web browser is wanting to open a QT as a jpg.

This what I see in my web browser: no .mov link

Strange because not only should it be showing a thumb nail (jpg) that will link you to the .mov, but you're not even showing my user icon (.jpg) either. So it looks like your web browser is set right now to not show jpg or images. Here is the direct link to the .mov, let me know if that works: let's go bowling!!! any character animation done in LW is special .....nice work dude .Thanks for the compliment on the animation, but the actual character animation was done in Maya with everything else done in LW. But I am actually looking to do some character animation stuff in LW just to show it's very capable. ;)

Very well done.

Its opened without any issues on my old Mac 10.3.9 / Safari 1.3.2

Really great job, Larry! The only things I would suggest are that he kick his right foot/leg behind and across his left leg, a little more slide at the end of his approach (on just his left foot), and the extra celebration at the end, maybe a fist pump, or something.

BTW--I thought the little butt wiggle at the beginning was funny.
