I'm making a whip antenna for a tank model and I'm needing it to bend realistically as the turret spins and stops. I'm using a two point poly chain with dynamics applied and a weight map. The problems arise using the weight map. I've applied a 100% weight to the bottom point to keep the poly chain attached to the turret and then reduced the percentage up the chain to the top which is set to zero percent. When calculated the whole poly chain moves like the whole chain is set to 100% on the map and is completely stiff. The only points that react to dynamics are the points set to Zero percent on the weight map. I have William's dynamic .lws samples
but I'm looking for something that reacts like an antenna rather than a chain. Any thoughts on where to look? Thanks for any insight.

Never mind guys... I was using Cloth FX and Soft FX gives me exactly what I'm looking for. I wish I had tried that 3 days ago. Oh Well... thanks for listening (or reading) anyway.
