View Full Version : Overlay auto Timer/Switcher

I may be out of line, talking about new features when I'm a real newbie to TC, but this is my thought.

I run my TC 24/7, streaming to Ustream on my channel OFNA-Live.

Therefore, streaming a DDR play list that contains different video's, I get a problem. I would like a series/list of overlays to be displayed automatically, switching in & out by a timer. i.e. "recorded earlier" to " video info" to "different art overlays". Hitting the advance button seems easy in software, but may be TC in an unmanned application, isn't what Newtek wants. Did I explain the feature clear enough?

As it is now, the only overlay I can do 24/7 is "recorded earlier". Remember, the TC is unmanned or until I walk by and change it manually, but I still need to get back to "recorded earlier".

Am I missing something TC can do now?

Thank you for reading this. :D

Check out Youngmonkey's Scheduler plugin. That will allow you to do what you are wanting to do.

I am worried about using third party app

How can they work with TC's dominance over the computer desktop screen.

Youngmonkey's plugins work just fine. I have several clients using their plugins without any issues.
