Note: A file sequence is easily made into an animation using LightWave. Simply use the sequence as a background in an empty scene. If you set the resolution the same as the original frame size and save an animation, you will rapidly convert your still frames into an animation.

Would someone please tell me how to do this. how do you get all the still frames in to background to render animation?
Thank You

You first off need to load an image sequence into your image editor (jpeg or targa will do - doesn't have to be)

Then go to your Display Options and go down to the Camera View tab, and the Camera View Background where it says "Blank". Scroll down to where it says Background Image.
If you move along the timeline you will see the image sequence play in the Camera view.

Then go to your Camera option (shift C) and set your frame size to be the same as the size of the image(s) and then render an image sequence out by selecting Output Files tab in Render Options. Select a file type from the list and click on Save RGB as this will allow you to set the path to another folder in your Images directory and name the new file sequence.

Saving as Animation is also in Render Options, allowing you to save a quicktime (for example) of your image sequence.

Hope this helps.
